An image of the QPOC Pride flag - horizontal stripes going from red to orange to yellow to green to blue to purple with a raised fist in a black circle laid overtop. There are stripes on the fist, lined up with the background stripes, showing six varying shades of brown to represent some of the skintones of people of color. Overtop of the flag, typed in white script, are the words, “Becoming More Queer Inclusive”.
